Yes! We specialize in custom chandeliers. Provide your design (sketches, CAD files, photos) or specifications (size, finish, crystal type, etc.), and we'll provide a professional quote.
How do you ensure product quality?
We implement strict QC: material inspection (crystal grade, metal), production checks, and final pre-shipment testing covering electrical safety, function, finish, and assembly. Photos/videos are available upon request.
What is your production lead time?
Standard items usually take 15-30 days. Custom orders typically require 30-60+ days, depending on complexity and quantity. We confirm the exact lead time after finalizing order details.
What certifications do your lights have?
Our standard lights typically hold CE and RoHS certifications. Custom orders can be certified upon request (additional cost/time applies). Please specify the certifications required for your region.
How are chandeliers packed for safe shipping?
We use multi-layer protection including individual crystal/part wrapping, reinforced cardboard compartments, thick foam padding, and sturdy export cartons. Fragile items are clearly marked, and custom crating is available.
What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects including electrical components, materials, and workmanship. Please note that damage during transit or improper installation is excluded from the warranty.
