We implement strict QC: material inspection (crystal grade, metal), production checks, and final pre-shipment testing including electrical safety and assembly function.
What is your typical production lead time?
Standard items usually take 15-30 days. Custom orders range from 30-60+ days, depending on the complexity and quantity of the design.
How are chandeliers packed for safe shipping?
We use multi-layer protection: individual crystal wrapping, reinforced cardboard compartments, thick foam padding, and sturdy export cartons. Custom crating is available for fragile items.
What is your warranty policy?
We offer a comprehensive warranty against manufacturing defects including electrical components, materials, and workmanship. Detailed proof of defect is required for claims.
