How do you pack chandeliers for safe shipping?
We use multi-layer protection: individual crystal wrapping, reinforced cardboard compartments, thick foam padding, and sturdy export cartons. Custom crating is available for fragile items.
What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects involving electrical, material, and workmanship. Damage during transit or improper installation is excluded from this policy.
